The first picture is Sam at 4 months- he was 18 lbs. 8 oz. and 27 inches. Then there is Josh at 4 months- 18 lbs. and 26 inches. What is the verdict? Do they look alike or not?

Personally, I think they look different enough that I wouldn't mistake them for identical twins. But they are close enough in appearance to potentially be fraternal twins.
