I noticed water damage on our front entry ceiling. It was caused by water leakage around the bath upstairs. Not sure what I am going to do at this point. Suggestions?

I've got to fix the stuff like that at my parents' house soon. I think what I'm going to do is sand it down a bit, paint KILLS over it, repaint with the paint color and then put sealer around the whole top of the tub again. My parents have had it leak before, except ours leaks into our kitchen. ~Emily S. (I need to remember my blogger password yet.)
